Serving Others

Serving others is not just for pastors. Serving is a lifestyle and it is one of the most fulfilling things a person can do. Jesus said, "Whatever you did for the least of these you did for me." — Matthew 25:40. You can touch the very heart of God by serving others around you. Coaching a little league team or helping someone at the grocery store can become a great witness of the love of Christ without preaching a sermon.

Of course, there are many ways to serve here at EUM. So whether here at the church, in our community or around our world, we encourage you to be the greatest representatives of Christ's love you can be. Your life is a book read by all those around you and speaks volumes of the hope, faith and love found in a relationship with Jesus Christ.

God has blessed each believer with one or more Spiritual Gifts. Do you know what Spiritual Gifts God has given you? If you have been wondering about this, then you have come to the right place.

Take this Spiritual Gifts test.  This test is designed for Christian adults. If you have been a Christian for at least a few years, you should use your personal experiences as the basis for your responses. If you consider yourself to be a new Christian, then your responses should be based on how well each statement describes the desire of your heart (even if you have not yet done what the statement talks about).

God has given each believer a spiritual gift that He wills us to use for His glory. God wants us to be involved with His work.
